No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days. Lucy usually works in the morning (north american time). Give Dolabuy a try and you won't be disappointed with the quality nor their customer service.

I ordered a Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM in Damier Azur canvas with beige interior. The bag came with a dustbag, a box, and a receipt. The quality of the bag is amazing. The canvas is thick and sturdy, the stitching is neat and even, the hardware is shiny and heavy, and the interior is soft and smooth. The bag looks exactly like the authentic one I saw at the store.

I bought a Chanel Boy Bag in black lambskin leather with gold hardware from Designer Dolabuy. The bag arrived in about three weeks with full packaging. The bag is beautiful. The leather is soft and smooth, the quilting is flat and even, the hardware is shiny and heavy, and the clasp is easy to open and close. The bag has all the right features like the leather strap ends, the CC logo on the clasp, and the serial number sticker.

I definitely think I'm worth the money, very sturdy, leather is good quality. I love the design amd how it come with a little bag! Absolutely love my bags! The shipping did take a while due to customs , but i definitely will be ordering from this website and this vendor often to cut out the middle man. My order was not correct when I received it and they replaced my item very quickly. Communications were detailed and exact. The 3 bags all very nice.! In one gucci bag that comes with ribbon and decorated to carry it in shoulder bag. The metal elements look of quality, the decorative . Valance is very well embroidered. It has NO inner pocket, it is 2 compartments to carry the basics. The bag is rigid, the closure is safe and the decorative loop is a cute one. If I say i love it I am only exaggerating i crazily love it.... amazing quality bag with good communication from the seller and fast shipping..... you just gain yourself a potential customer.

Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !
