I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !

I bought a Chanel Classic Flap Bag in black caviar leather with silver hardware from DD. The bag arrived in about two weeks with full packaging. The bag is stunning. The leather is soft and pebbled, the quilting is puffy and aligned, the hardware is shiny and engraved, and the logo is crisp and clear. The bag has all the correct markings and serial numbers. I compared it with my friend’s authentic bag and we couldn’t find any difference.

Ordered a Louis Vuitton bag from Dolabuy Web. and it is absolutely beautiful. If you look at the stitching it's all done exceptionally well, to the point where it is at the same level of quality and excellence as an authentic bag. My order came 24 days after I placed the order, and Dolabuy service was quick to reply, after my 23-day inquiry, with tracking information so I could see where the bag was (it was literally at my local post office when I checked).
