Overall i am very satisfied with the 3 bags i bought. Especially 2 gucci bags are done very well! The colour is beautiful and the material doesn’t look cheap. My wife absolutely loved it ! Great quality, and great communication with the seller. Amazing product and buying experience. Finally, delivery was fast even if we’re still in a global pandemic. Highly recommended! I am very grateful, i will be a good customer . satisfaction.

No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days. Lucy usually works in the morning (north american time). Give Dolabuy a try and you won't be disappointed with the quality nor their customer service.

I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. Some time it takes longer then usually to arrive but it does arrive because I know they have no control on deliveries that all depends on FedEx or DHL or EMS who ever is delivering it.
